I did get some great buys this year at the after christmas sales (2010).
Still looking for a 4 foot santa blow mold. Does any one have one?
2010 season is here and things have been busy. The lights are up and running finally.
We have made several changes this year. Two strings of D-Lights FireFli units LED digital lights. Five shooting stars have been added. Also back this year is Santa in the east bedroom window. He had a rough start this year, but he is doing fine and will be on his way on December 24th.
I made changes to the Mega Tree by going from thirty-six channels to twenty-four channels, eight channels for each color and we now have sixteen strings of each color (green, red and white) for a total of forty-eight hundred lights.
We have also added four more snow flakes.
By changing things around we have freed up control channels for next year’s display.
Need to take down 2010 Lights
Go though the lights check for bad lights
Order an 8 channel LOR controller
Order two 16 channel LOR controllers
Build two 16 channel LOR controllers kits
Hard wire 2 outlets in eves
Build a blue print of yard
Design 2011 lay-out
Continue working on LOR Sequences with music
Organize LOR Sequences on hard drive with Music
Come up with some kind of yard boarder
Order roll of wire and connector ends
Need more electricity, either install new 200 Amp meter base or get a new gas range and gas drier
Make temp power panel
Keep a log of work that needs to be done for 2009
Build 2 eight section leaping lights
Build 5 shooting stars
Purchase 2011 lights
Need more low valtage wire
Need more MR16 LEDs
